ATEDCo part of FT Global Events congress

Financial Times Global Events and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry staged an international conference in Athens 1-2 April on how Greece can manage the challenges and take advantage of opportunities provided by the changing global economic environment. The conference was held within the framework of a broader international dialogue on the economic and credit crunch. ATEDCo's chief executive officer was part of a special panel, in the broader representation of the City of Athens, on the role of tourism in the changing economic environment. He spoke on current trends and their effect on incoming tourism into Athens, as well as ATEDCo's actions in managing the impact of the economic crisis.
