Business and Social Organisation Representatives Meet at City Hall

ATEDCo took part in a broad-based meeting of business and social
organisation representatives that took place today at Athens City Hall.
The meeting was called by Athens Mayor Nikitas Kaklamanis to deal
efficiently with the effects that recent events have had on the economy
and on the image of Athens. ATEDCo Chief Executive Officer Panagiotis
Arkoumaneas reported on immediate action taken to promote Athens to the
rest of Greece and abroad.

Those attending the meeting included the presidents and representatives
of: the Centre of Athens Labour Unions, the Athens Traders Association,
the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Hellenic Confederation of
Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants, the Hellenic Retail Business
Association, the Athens Chamber of Small and Medium Sized Industries, the
Athens Chamber of Professionals, the Attica Hotels Association and the
Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
