The City of Athens and the Athens Tourism and Economic Development Co. (ATEDCo) successfully hosted the Global Forum for Media Development World Conference in Athens.
The Global Forum for Media Development is a network of about 500 non-governmental media assistance organizations; active in 100 countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Eurasia and America. It supports the development of media independence on a local, regional and national level.
