Katerina Katsabe Katerina Katsampe, President

A graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens and a PhD holder, Katerina Katsampe has served the field of medicine as a medical doctor specialized in cytology as well as an administrative official and board member in Hospitals such as the Athens General Hospital "G. Gennimatas" and the "Alexandra" Hospital. Over the last two years, Katerina Katsampe has been the President of the General Prefectural Hospital "ELPIS" (Hope).

An Athenian city counselor since 1998 and a Deputy Mayor, she has been entrusted with the supervision of various important municipal services and agencies in the fields of health and welfare (President of the "Athina Health" Addiction Prevention and Healthcare Treatment Centre, Office for the Homeless, Directorate of City Summer Camps, Department of Preventive Medicine), culture and sports (President of the City of Athens Musical Ensembles, Deputy Mayor of Culture, Vice-President of the City Youth and Sports Organization).

In parallel, Katerina Katsampe has been an active member of the civil society. Apart from her participation in medical and scientific associations since 2000, she has been the President of the "Athens 21st century" association for cultural heritage and since 2008, the President of the Hellenic Center for Metal Health and Child and Family Treatment "To Perivolaki" (The Small Garden).

She is also a board member of the Olympic Airways SA and of the Central Committee of the New Democracy (government) party.

She speaks English and German fluently and has a basic knowledge of French.

Panagiotis Arkoumaneas, CEO

Mr. Panagiotis Arkoumaneas has worked in the Ministry of Health as a special advisor to the Minister in matters relevant to Funding and Investing. He was in charge of the Ministry's programs for Public Private Partnerships (PPP) with the focus of planning and implementing projects such as the construction of new hospitals.

He is a holder of two business degrees from Boston University. During his stay in the USA he took an active role in the technology industry and he was on the founding team of an Internet start-up venture. He has taken part in academic forums held by numerous institutions such as Harvard University, in topics relevant to strategic growth and public administration.

He has held several managerial positions in the private sector and is a member of the Hellenic Economic Chamber of Commerce.
